Returns & Exchanges

At Otherland, we want your home to be your sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused and unlit candles. If your scent journey isn't quite what you expected, we'll help you find the perfect match or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your unlit candles in their original decorative packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, we will issue your refund or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
